Each challenge begins with a dreadful dish that needs your help. Read the bad review by a real chef for flavor clues about what is wrong with it. You pick a flavor that can fix it, choosing from thousands of items in the flavor shop. If your flavor fix beats a competing chef, you win their premium ingredients. New challenges are added weekly.
