Infernus is an experimental first-person experience developed to create a creepy and uncomfortable atmosphere through the use of level design, art, audio, and lighting. The goal was to deliver a short, but engaging set of interconnected levels that would immerse the player in the environment and encourage them to keep moving forward without using explicit game mechanics or systems to accomplish this. Players that are interested in games like Amnesia, Gone Home, Dear Esther, or even Dark Souls, would be most likely to find Infernus the most engaging and immersive.

Jelly Polo is a 3-on-3 sports game that uses small-scale exertion. There are no set positions and movement is impulse-based rather than rate-based. This means you have to constantly flick the movement stick in order to move. The faster you flick the stick the faster you move. Precision throwing is also used, where the other thumbstick controls exactly where and how hard you throw the ball.

Backed by research, including multiple publications, Jelly Polo could be the next best thing to happen to the sports video game genre. Winner of the CHI Play 2014 Audience Choice Award for best game, Jelly Polo is enjoyed by everyone. There are three main improvements of Jelly Polo over existing sports video games: it allows for an increased opportunity for expertise development (i.e., you can actually get faster at moving and better at passing at a physical level); it enables individual differentiation in the skillsets of different players like no other sports game before it; and finally, the control scheme causes some fatigue which changes the way players play over the course of a game. These factors make Jelly Polo a truly competitive and sport-like video game that is based on player skill rather than statistical simulations of the game.

With bright colorful graphics and animations, Labyss is both a challenging maze and puzzle game. Users play as Roklyss, the little creature who must collect the stars within each world in as few moves and as little time as possible.

Each level of Labyss displays three stars that must be collected by Roklyss. These stars are situated in different labyrinth locations. If Roklyss touches his evil twin, the game is over.

Little Wing is a simple game that is played on the iPad. The game utilizes the gyroscope as a means of directional input while the orthosis is connected via Bluetooth providing the rehabilitation input. Patients can perform exercises in comfort with little restriction on location by using the iPad.

The patient plays as Little Wing, a small pterodactyl who is unable to physically fly. However, determined to fly it uses a giant slingshot to launch itself into the sky. When Little Wing is launched, patients face a linear level design which they navigate using the tilt control of the iPad. Additionally patients are encouraged to keep up the exercises as they play. Every 10-15 second hold they perform after the initial launch will give Little Wing a small increase in speed and altitude which can potentially gives them the boost they need to reach the next checkpoint. The aim of the game is to navigate the level using these orthosis lifts to glide as far as possible from the original launch location. Patient progression can be easily mapped to how far they get on each run, the time they can hold their foot up for and how many times they produce a boost before the exercise becomes too much.

Lucha or Lose It is a chaotic action platformer where the players are Mexican Wrestlers with extraordinary strength who must defeat hordes of enemies only through throwing objects in the environment. The game is aimed at a younger audience and has very simple aesthetics and design that suit this purpose. Though the levels follow a linear purpose the multiplayer element allows for repeated playthroughs to remain entertaining as well as dynamic gameplay to emerge through interactions with the various objects scattered around the level. The narrative of the game is very simple, an evil wrestler has stolen the championship belt and you have to get it back. Overall Lucha or Lose It delivers a quick, exciting, cooperative experience that should result in many laughs.

Lumini is a relaxing flow adventure game. In Lumini you control a swarm of creatures instead of just one character. It's your task to guide the swarm to safety on their journey to save their home planet. To accomplish this you can split up your swarm into two different groups that you'll control simultaneously, to solve puzzles, engage or outsmart enemies and help the lumini survive.
During your journey you collect energy from plants that you find on your way. You can convert this energy to new lumini at big crystals you find scattered across the world, to replace your fallen comrades. During the game your intuitive play style will be registered. Based on your choices during enemy encounters the new lumini you get at crystals will be evolved into more powerful members for your swarm. Each of these evolved lumini have their own special ability, tailored to enhance your preferred style of play.
Let the swarm take you away on a relaxing, zenlike adventure, incorporating elements from traditional adventure games, with atmosphere and flow experienced in games such as Flow and Flower.

Title: Lynn - A girl into puzzles
Platform: Android Smartphone
Genre: Puzzle
Using Engine: Unity3D

A game titled "Lynn - A girl into puzzles" is optimized for Android system. A simple sliding puzzle game with Grid method is suitable for touch screen in smart phone. It will introduce a novel way of enjoyment by combining a new idea and a creative rule for puzzle. This brand new game will beloved by devotees of puzzle and smart phone users. Eventually it will extend its sphere of influence.

In this game you can find new rule for puzzle game in which not a character is supposed to move but rooms are moving in order to move a character. The rule is really simple but to solve each puzzle game players are required to use their brain. A concept and graphic of this game is based on a character getting into oriental paintings. Therefore, it makes players feel different visual stimulus and it is one of our strategies that our game offer brand new happiness while users are playing.

This proposal is offered from a student of Ajou University who wants to make a fun sliding puzzle game with Grid method which is practical in touch screen. This idea is encouraged from the professor and students.

"Best Original Idea" award (hoPLAY 2014), "Best Sound" and "Best Art" finalist (hoPLAY 2014)

"Missing Translation", initially conceived as a small project, was a game we started to experiment and attempt to create something personal. However, press and players got interested on it and we decided to take it one step further.

We did a tiny crowdfunding campaign to showcase the game at a huge gaming event, and it was an incredible experience. We were recently also nominated as finalists in hoPLAY (International Festival of Independent Games) for best art and best audio.

We're currently working on the game, which we want to release for free during Christmas. Here are some of its features:

- FREE!
-No text at all in the game. "Missing Translation" can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of their language...
-...but you'll find a drawn language in the game which you can learn and use.
- No tutorials, tips or big arrows pointing you where to go. Don't be afraid, it isn't a hardcore game, we just want everyone to experience the feeling of discovering how things work on their own.
-Beautiful pixelart with its own personality.
-Amazing soundtrack composed for the game.
-Different puzzle mechanics and some extra challenges for advanced players.

Harvey Johnson joined my game development crew at SeeminglyPointless.com and was to prove his talent by participating in the GameBoyJam. About halfway through the jam, he decided to take a break from games and do some urban exploration of an abandoned facility a few hours away from his apartment.

Harvey found a CD and a note addressed to him in one of the abandoned buildings. I know this because he later tweeted a picture of it at me accusing me of planting it as a joke: https://twitter.com/HarveyHJohnson/status/355525592726257666/photo/1

A day later, I heard he wasn't responding to people, so I went to see if he was doing alright. His apartment appeared untouched when I arrived, sans a glitched game screen and a sheet of paper saying "James upload this game." I didn't want to upload it, but I couldn't shake off the whispering I heard in the dark and the feeling that I was being watched. This went on for a full day until I finally caved in and uploaded it. I don't feel as afraid in the dark anymore, but I will never open this game.

I uploaded some footage I got from his phone, and a few relevant pictures here. I just want to make sure people know what they're getting into. I'm afraid that if I try to hide the game, the shadows will come back, and I don't want to end up like Harvey.
