"Macbeth's Fate" is an experiment if and how games can work as an adaptation of literature, that does not simply tell the story arc, but focus on the things between the lines instead. In this case I deal with Shakespeare's play "Macbeth".

For those, who are not familiar with the play, here is a short summary:
In the play, the Scottish nobleman Macbeth returns from a won war in which he has fought for the King (Duncan). On his way back home, he meets three mysterious women, that foretell him to become King himself. Because of this prophecy (and the pressing force of his wife Lady Macbeth), he murders Duncan to fasten the process and is crowned King in return. The murdering goes on as he needs to get rid of all witnesses. In the end, he is killed in a fair fight and the righteous successor is crowned. So, hearing a promising prophecy of becoming king became actually Macbeth's doom.

"Macbeth's Fate" is an experimental, atmospheric and endless 2D – sidescroller that focuses on the illustration of the prophecy of the three witches and mediates the experience of how hard it is to resist temptation.

In terms of game design, this means, the player input is very restricted. They can either walk right, left (until a certain border) and idle. During their walk, they will be followed by the witches constantly, like a shadow or thought that won't leave your mind - endlessly. It is like Macbeth (the player) is trapped in a vicious cycle of temptation.

Ministry of Broadcast is a narrative-driven single player cinematic platformer mixing Orwell's 1984 with modern reality TV. Rife with dark humor, sarcastic quips, and a general absurdity of the system.

Seemingly built overnight, The Wall has divided both a country in two and a man from his family. To see them again, our ginger-haired protagonist has decided to become a contestant on "The Wall Show", a Regime-organized TV show allowing competitors the opportunity to escape to freedom on the other side. However, as he progresses through the camp, our contestant soon realizes exactly how the Regime and the show operate. The promise of freedom is not exactly what it seems.

Inspired by games such as Prince of Persia (1989) and Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus, Ministry of Broadcast revives the spirit of classic cinematic platformers where players need nimble run-and-jump reflexes as well as a healthy aversion to falling from precarious heights. To reach freedom and family, you must lead the protagonist through each of the Arenas while under the ever-watchful mechanical eye of the Regime. The variety of hazardous, dilapidated environments hold an array of obstacles for you to manage—leg-shattering drops (scared of heights?), flaming barrels of garbage (extra-smelly, extra-flamey), inconveniently-placed spike pits (of course), hanging steel beams (so much rust)—but none of this is to speak of the fates of those you meet along the way.

Mythgard is a feature-rich digital CCG that features tactical combat, amazing artwork, and a fresh urban fantasy setting. We've loved CCGs for almost 30 years, and we set out to make a game that we love playing. We started by designing a unique resource system that facilitates multi-colored decks, solves the issues of mana distribution, and ensures interesting choices on every turn. Then we created a board and combat system that encourages tactical choices without slowing down gameplay. The development of the combat board led to our next innovation: lane enchantments. This unique card type adds strategic depth by allowing players to reshape portions of the game board. To encourage both flexibility and depth in deck building, we built paths and powers, which can be most easily understood as a build-your-own class system.

Mythgard is set in a modern-day alternate reality where the gods of myth are real. Over the centuries, the most powerful deities have disappeared, leaving the remaining gods and mythical creatures to find their place in a world now overrun by man. Our Open Beta includes a 15-mission story with unique art and a deeper narrative than other card games.

Even though we are a small team, our effort and passion has resulted in a best-in-genre feature set including replays, spectator mode, deck tracker, AI draft, silky smooth device handover, and an exciting 2v2 format that plays nearly as fast as 1v1.

Step into the chaos of a magical England at the end of the Third Crusade.

Maid Marian hides breathless amidst the brambles after the sack of her father's castle; Little John charges a bodyweight in gold to cross a lonely log; and Will Scarlet holds court in a brokedown tower surrounded by trees as tall as the sky, waiting for a king who will never come.

The choice is yours.

Experience a lush and vibrant Sherwood Forest on desktop with art inspired by Lotte Reiniger - an early animator/director/artist - combined with traditional watercolor techniques; and original music drawn from medieval sources.

Objects in Space is an open world space game where you control your own ship and can buy and sell goods, avoid or partake in combat, take quests from NPCs and follow an epic story of humanity starting anew in a cluster of star systems 10 light-years from Earth. Spaceships in Objects are based on submarines, with no window to peer out of and nothing but sensors and charts to help paint a picture of the outside world. It's a tense game of cat-and-mouse, a stealth-action open world game in a retro 2D representation of space, but one in which players can avoid all combat if they so choose. The player is part of the original colonising crew of the Cassandra, a gigantic ship carrying hundreds of thousands to their new home in the Apollo cluster. Aboard a tiny support ship, they get caught in a jump malfunction and arrive in Apollo 44 years after the rest of humankind. Finding themselves an outsider, they must freely figure out a way to make a living, lead a life and keep their ship flying. There are over 130 quests in the game, but no main storyline to follow, emphasising the 'small fish in a big pond' and anti-hero's journey we aspired to create. Players have more freedom than most Triple A open world games to lean into whatever type of experience they want by customising multiple difficulty sliders, building their ship for combat/stealth/trading, and customising their own game using sandbox mode or modding tools.

Football and jet-powered hockey collide in the intergalactic sport of Orb! Take the fluid movement of Tribes and the physics-based ball juggling of Rocket League and you get Orb Rivals, in development for PC and slated for a mid- to late-2020 release. Two teams face off in arenas across the galaxy, fighting for control of an orb that they must carry into the opposing endzone to score a point.

Players use propulsion mitts to easily snatch the ball out of the air or off the ground, and charge it up for cross-arena passes to teammates. Hover boots and boost armor combine to allow players to jet around the arena at breakneck speed, and leap into the air to get away from defenders or jump onto the elevated goal platform.

Orb Rivals has a distinct lack of weapons, so players take advantage of momentum and smash into opponents to strip the ball, or with enough force, knock them out for a short period. Teamplay and individual skill are both crucial to succeed in the arena, so play with friends or practice those jukes to come out on top!

Build your dream (or possibly nightmare) station across multiple floors, assemble a team of staff to deal with any problems and expand by procuring new tech. OVERSEAS is a collection of short art games, or digital poems, which are joined together by a common interface – a mysterious place resembling a spaceship.

It is not quite a game: there is no challenge and no story in the usual sense. The goal is to take a journey across worlds to perceive the associative relations between them and figure out the obscure meaning of what is going on. Quotes by Heraclitus, throat singing, a plastic bag dancing in the wind – here, like in poetry, all sorts of things are tied together.

The collection is potentially unlimited, and in the course of time new games will be added. Now there are four episodes: psychedelic trip, a forest horror, a crash course on shamanic techniques, and a simulator of an identity crisis.

OX OX OH adds lying to tic-tac-toe and hopefully it doesn't end your friendships.

You'll play bombs and so will your opponent, you know when your opponent plays a bomb, but not where. While players try to get three Xs/Os in a row to dealing damage to each other, the question of "did they play a bomb here or there?" totally changes the game. They're expensive to play, but deal damage when played on by your opponent. Think you know where your opponent put a bomb? You can disarm it for the same cost. Every action during your turn costs energy which you receive at the beginning of each turn. You'll often have energy left over at the end of your turn and it rolls over; you can play aggressively or hold back and wait for the right moment to make multiple moves.

OX OX OH has a versus mode playable via a single device (pass and play) or multiple devices (wifi). There's also a single player mode with four AI styles to choose from, each has something to teach you about how the game can be played. Sounds and music in OX OX OH were made by Joel Corelitz, sound designer and composer for games such as Gorogoa, The Unfinished Swan, and upcoming Eastward. The game has been designed to not feature ads or consumable in-app purchases, they don't belong in the game.
