Midautumn

Robin Lam, a directionless college grad, has resorted to crashing in their grandmother's attic and running errands around their hometown of Nambo Quay, California. In this town, scoring a paycheck can range between blasting demons with Grandmother's dusty magic staff, and warding off attempts to gentrify the area.

Luxury condos, health-food stores, trendy bars--an influx of hip, wealthy urbanites and businesses are determined to make the historic asian town the new place-to-be.

As midautumn approaches and the spirit world's boundary grows thin, a dark ritual is befalling the town. Robin and the townsfolk must band together and together, unearth the mysteries of their ancestors, and protect the magic of their home.
