In Verbis Virtus is a first person game where you use a microphone to cast spells by actually saying the magic words. It mixes action and puzzle elements in a fantasy setting.

While playing In Verbis Virtus you find yourself completely unarmed in a dark dungeon that hides many dangers. The only way to overcome the obstacles is to learn the secrets of the arcane arts of magic through inscriptions that you will find along your path. The magic formulas found, if pronounced correctly, enable you to perform many kinds of spells. Using these powers in a creative way you can solve puzzles, overcome traps and kill the enemies that try to hinder your journey.

Overview:
Ultherst was once a peaceful, God-fearing land until the Three Scourges of God came to pass as foretold by Saint Ezekiel, one of the twelve followers of the First Prophet. First came the famine that devasted the populace. Next came the plague that added more unfortunate souls on Death's abacus. Finally came the great rain of fire, and death fell down on sinner and innocent alike, blood flooding the streets in place of water. The people, in their desperation, turned away from the Holy Mother Church and delved deep into pagan decadence or succumbed to the temptation of the Devil. You have been charged with the office of Inquisitor. It is up to you to investigate crimes against the one true faith and root out heresy--using any and all means necessary.

Inquisitor is a unique blend of action-oriented combat with a deep and involving tale of betrayal, torture, madness, and infernal damnation. Put your wits to the test as you collect evidence against possible heretics and put them to trial once they have been charged. Use the might of the Inquisition to extract a confession from your subjects, but be warned, use your power wisely or you will face the consequences.

International Racing Squirrels is a race management sim which also models and reflects on real-world financial systems. The game has the player running an errant gang of misbehaving squirrels, who act a bit like glamorous soccer stars. It is set in the dark underworld of the international squirrel racing scene, brought to life with 50 interactive "storylets" and 25+ levels through which the game's complexity gradually unfurls. Bribery, debt, hotel room trashing, gambling and secondary careers in reality TV or the pop charts are rife. In the up-tree urban training facility players purchase homes, build up their team, train their squirrels and send them off to racetracks around the world. From jungles to futuristic cities and streets to deserts they face a barrage of feisty opponents. The idea was inspired by an article in Scientific American that compared the running speeds of different animals and concluded that squirrels are faster than stampeding elephants.

From the outset we wanted to make a sophisticated management sim and set it in a quirky, edgy, humorous world. The idea was to draw inspiration from how money is used in games such as Dope Wars, Sim City, Animal Crossing and Farmville. But rather than having a single sum of money to represent the player's status, we would add a detailed representation of real consumer finances. Managing your money is key to succeeding in race team management: play cautiously and save up a pile of acorns, take risks and possibly win even more, or throw caution to the wind and end up totally overdrawn, selling everything to stay afloat. The game is free online and available on iPad with versions coming to other platforms soon.

IsoChronous is a 2 players strategy action game with a mechanic based on time traveling.

The game features a battle of only 30 seconds between two armies, each one controlled by one player. The main point of the game is that when the 30 seconds run out, the time rewinds so all the units go back to their starting point. This conforms a time layer. Each battle has 4 time layers, and in each one a new unit is added to the battle. The player only has control over the unit of the current time layer, while the other units repeat exactly the same they did on the time layers where they were played. So, IsoChronous features a big 4 vs 4 battle where the units are added one by one, changing the course of the events in each time layer

Karyo - as simple as popping bubble wrap ...or is it?

Mobile puzzle game that is easy to understand but offers countless hours of fun.
The game contains 1000 puzzles divided into 10 difficulty levels, reaching from simple and relaxing to brain-twistingly hard.

Following a very simple but innovative mechanic, the player has to clear all tiles off the grid.

All of the 1000 levels are unlocked and no artificial barriers are imposed on the player, as a similarity in use to e.g. a book of Sudoku puzzles is intentional - choose a difficulty, browse through the puzzles and just play for fun.

Explained in short: Last Knight is a Joust'em'up-Jump'n'Ride game.

Jousting
Equipped with a powerful lance its in your hand to battle the Horned Bucket Heads. There will always be only one that can win these jousting duels while the other will feel all the power of a impacting lance, which will send him flying (with Rag-doll physics) through the air. But there are not only Horned Buckets to face, several frightening creatures are lurking in the different environments and they all want to get you from your horse in the most painful manner. So you better try charging at them with your lance and send them flying.

Dangerous World
Not only the inhabitants of this fantasy world make it a dangerous place to ride through, a wide range of obstacles need to be avoided. You can navigate around obstacles or jump to avoid a painful death. Often you are also confronted with deep abysses, rivers and other gaps that can only be overcome with a well timed jump. Furthermore you can destroy specific obstacles to make a way for you and your horse. All this might be easy to handle for you at the start but as you gain momentum over time you will also get faster and the environment gets also more dangerous!

No Game Is The Same
Don't worry when you smash your Knight and Horse painfully into something, just play again in a new assembled world in a matter of seconds. The world is randomly created as you play, the more you progress the more difficult the world gets assembled. Various dynamic objects, that have to be taken care of and increasing speed do the rest to really challenge even the best players. There are 6 different fantasy environment themes and they are more then just visual variation. The Forest environment for instance will challenge you mostly in navigating around trees while the isles theme will have you mostly jump from platform to platform. There are also lots of coins and treasures to get and their content can come in very handy.

The Adventure
While the arcade mode is all about making the longest run and the most points, the story mode is a adventure that takes you through assembled levels. You will meet several different characters on your way through the environments of the kingdom as well as enemies. You start as a squire doing your training, with your master knight, for becoming a knight but soon something disastrous happens and you quickly find yourself being the only hope for the kingdom. It involves a princess, a greedy-grumpy king, a big scary dragon and lots of gold, there are also some twists to it.

Power Ups
The lance is a great multi-tool for jousting, felling trees, opening gates, destroying poison mushrooms, knocking down barrel walls... but there is more. You can find 6 different power ups in the treasure chests. Each will give you a special ability for a limited time. There is the "Big Boom Cannon" Power Up that will allow you to shoot a cannonball in a size that you prefer. Or when danger is near the "Second Sight Clock" Power Up allows you to see yourself some seconds in a possible future, where you die, while slowing down time. There is also simple upgrading of power ups as well as simple perks per character.

Customization
There will be several riders, horses and lances for you to choose from. Among others a princess with a pink unicorn and a skeletal king with a skeletal horse. You can then also do customization like putting the skeleton king on the pink unicorn if you prefer.

Key features:
- Every game is different in the arcade mode (Randomly generated world)
- A full-fledged adventure in the story mode (told through 3D Scenes, cinemagramm like)
- Various distinct enemy's (each with their own behaviors)
- Ragdoll physics
- Jousting, Platforming and navigating around obstacles gameplay
- Environment increases in difficulty
- Dynamic and destructible obstacles
- Cutting edge graphics archived with the Unreal Engine
- 6 different fantasy environment themes
- 6 unique power ups
- Player customization
- Mutators

Leaving is not your typical first person game. It explores the moment before you step off the edge, take that fork in the road you never thought you would, embark on a new adventure.

As a piece of short-form digital theatre for the 2nd and 3rd generation iPad, it features a single-player three-act sequence, where you play a role, like an actor, and explore what it means to leave home.

The game takes you on a poetically charged journey with minimalistic gameplay, where you play as Willem, saying goodbye to your loved ones at the international departures hall of an airport. Using gestures and taps you explore this beautiful experiential game.

In this artistically motivated game you will go abroad abandoning your ordinary life. Such events happen more often in our minds than in reality. Now, however, you are able to experience that emotional moment of Leaving.

LiquidSketch is a puzzle game based entirely on simulated water. What makes it different from other such games is the simulation itself. It uses a different approach than most other games that trades some flexibility for very smooth and detailed fluid motion and realistic physics. The other distinguishing feature is that the water is colored and it mixes realistically. This allows you to see the motion inside the water in a visually nice way and is also used as a game play element.
The Puzzles are more based on physical properties of water than on Rube Goldberg machine scenarios. You might have to use pressure or the siphon effect in clever ways for example.
LiquidSketch also has a sandbox mode where you can experiment with all the game play elements however you want. There are already some cool experiments on YouTube!

A new kind of adventure where the choice of how to survive is up to you. Sneak through without firing a single shot, or kill everything in your path. Eat and sleep well, or resort to drugs to keep going. Search for survivors, or try to escape the city alone. Look after your mental health, or descend into madness..."

Released in April 2012, Lone Survivor has been the surprise horror hit of the year. Golden Joystick-nominated, and with glowing reviews from the press, Lone Survivor continues to fascinate fans of adult and cerebral interactive fiction, and the soundtrack has been consistently praised. It approaches issues rarely touched on in games, from the shattering effects of grief, through mental health issues, to the examination of drug use and abuse. Critics cite the combination of meaningful choices presented to the player, the 'virtual pet'-style survival mechanics, the concept of the invisible psychologist, and the examination of dream-logic as something genuinely bold and new.

Major Mayhem must embark on a journey around the world in an epic three chapter saga of explosions, danger, and more explosions!

Major Mayhem's gameplay is heavily rooted in classic arcade light gun and side scrolling shooting games. With no fuss, simple controls, non stop action, deep scoring mechanics and tones of achievements and goals, Major Mayhem caters for all types of gamers.
