A Crossing Industry is a video game exploring the economy of clandestine crossings in the occupied territories of Palestine. It is one component of a larger hybrid project mixing artistic creation, scientific research and interactive multimedia.

In A Crossing Industry, players guide an anthropologist as he investigates the impact of the border wall/fence on the harvesting of wild artichokes in a Palestinian village. During his mission, the anthropologist discovers the importance of the informal economy organised around clandestine crossings of Palestinians into Israel. This economy connects Palestinians to Israelis and reconfigures the public and private spaces of these two populations.

The storyline is based on the ethnographic research of Cédric Parizot (CNRS/Aix-Marseille Université) between 1994 and 2010. The game works as a fictional documentary of these activities, allowing players to better understand the role of field research, and even to possibly better understand certain aspects of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The game was designed and developed by the artist Douglas Edric Stanley (http://abstractmachine.net) in collaboration with Robin Moretti (http://robinmoretti.itch.io), with assistance from the students of the Atelier Hypermédia at the Aix-en-Provence School of Art as well as antiAtlas des frontières (http://www.antiatlas.net), a research group of artists, researchers and experts attempting to apprehend in a unique way the mutations of borders and spaces in our contemporaneous societies.

Alto's Odyssey is an endless sandboarding adventure set against a beautiful and ever-changing natural landscape. As a followup to the critically acclaimed endless snowboarder Alto's Adventure, Alto's Odyssey is designed to be enjoyed by returning players and newcomers alike.

The game features fluid physics-based gameplay, procedurally generated environments, and dynamic lighting and weather effects. Odyssey seeks to expand and build upon feelings of being alone in nature, but also of stepping outside of one's comfort zone and exploring the world beyond.

The creative direction for the series has always been to try and boil down the essence of immersion and provide players with a small window into a much larger world – a place they can escape to for even just a few moments during the day, and experience a living, breathing environment with it's own hidden surprises, including a variety of natural phenomena and wildlife.

Odyssey, like it's predecessor, continues to resonate strongly with a diverse audience from across the world, inspiring fans to reach out with their own artwork and messages of gratitude, including a number of truly touching testimonials from players who tell us how the game has helped them to cope with anxiety or grief, connect with a child with learning difficulties, or simply provide a moment of calm in their otherwise stressful lives.

Jacaranda (a meta-concept within the game Artifacts) is a broken-memory-space that intersects overlaying the island of Artifacts (like a transparent color card laying over another that reveals a new wavelength).

It is a digital-fantasy/folklore based on a true story about adapting to and developing in an environment of emotional abuse and isolation, and in particular, how computers and the internet provided a way to develop identity and personal boundaries through many times questionable means. The main character is a child who raised themselves through a trial and error unique to the digital age, the computer however makes for a very dysfunctional parent and playground for a child.

The influences of the story are set in approximately 1998-2005 but the timescales jump and blend because it represents the imperfect process of memory. Artifacts interactions are based on the explorations of a digital age child and the power structures and construction of platforms of the internet of the early 00's, which is analogized as a bio system. It is from the view of a naive and young consumer, as well as the adult looking back on the pros (creativity, writing, expression, social connection) and cons (unchecked predatory advertising, data scraping, contact with dangerous adults, replacing human contact) of being raised by the internet.

Jacaranda has two locations, the dollhouse- which is a death-drive inspired "reliving the trauma" in a dark and unsettling yet playful setting. The other location is Artifacts, an off-kilter dreamscape about the 00's internet and its ecosystem.

Astronaut: The Best is a narrative/strategy game about running a proper space academy using hard work, lies, and witchcraft. Astronaut: The Best endeavors to hit the sweet spot halfway between narrative choice-making games and management simulations, using procedural narrative techniques and surreal comedy to constantly surprise players. Its simple UI and focus on story present an accessible experience without sacrificing strategic depth.

Features:
* Enjoy having too much power over the lives of fake astronauts with complex personalities.
* Suffer the unwanted imposition of tabloids, televised experts, and the Five High Priests of Flaustria.

"Black Room," is a browser-based, narrative game about falling asleep while on your computer, on the internet. You play as an insomniac on the verge of sleep, moving through shifting states of consciousness. Hallucinatory, pixelated visions of landscapes filled with sprites ripped directly from the arcade/NES/SNES video games of your childhood appear and disappear as you click through fragile internet spaces. Point-n-click mini games are scattered throughout the narrative. Often interrupted, you continually return to the Black Room, a meditation technique your mother taught you for falling asleep, visualizing black flowers in a black vase on a black table in the center of a black room.

This game, conceived as a feminist dungeon crawler, features a majority female cast of video game sprites from the 1970s-current day. This work seeks to bring these characters together to form new narratives: Chun Li reposes elegantly in a desert oasis filled with flamingos; Catwoman languidly cartwheels across the nighttime beaches of Coney Island; Jennifer Simpson, the lead character from Clock Tower, runs endlessly through the brightly pixelated fantasy landscapes of the Oregon Trail. These narratives appear as "Strange Visions," to the player, induced by shifting stages of wakefulness.

Fusion of computer turn-based strategy gameplay and chess. Expanding chess rules in such a way that is interesting to play in a form of a video game is a not an easy task, and that is exactly what we are trying to do in Chessboard Kingdoms. It is not a new skin for ordinary chess pieces. In fact, first and foremost it is a turn-based strategy game with a variety of tactical scenarios, castles, sieges, basic economy, warriors, even wizards! Chess happens to spice it up by landing its familiar movement patterns to our units.

In Chessboard Kingdoms you can fight for dominance in classic chess-inspired "Kill the King" mode, but also in "Capture the Flag", which isn't normally seen in turn-based strategy games. Various terrains and obstacles make for interesting maps with tons of strategic exploits to be discovered. Multiplayer is a strong focus and players are encouraged to try their skills against up to 3 other players in on-line matches, or insingle-player against AI.

Dout is a game that explores the issues and stigma behind dates; especially when dates go bad. It gives insight on what someone might experience when they're on a bad date and why it might be so difficult or in some cases, even dangerous to just say "no". The ending of the game is dependant on the choices the player makes and the choices are based on how in control they want to feel by the end of the date and how they want the date to end; this could mean that players may find courage to say "no" or they could find ways to leave the date as neutrally as possible. It has a mixture of serious and humorous tones which help explore a quite serious and important topic. This game isn't just to give awareness to the issues but it's also an experience that people can share and maybe learn from.

Dromenon is a turn-based tactical RPG, which is played one-on-one in online or local multiplayer.
No battle is ever the same! Neither the members of your own army nor the battlefield itself are predictable, which demands new strategies every round.

The challenge of Dromenon is making the best out of a dire situation and planning on the fly. Both your army and the battlefield are rarely foreseeable which offers countless possibilities for new and exciting strategies in order to increase the size of your loyal followers as well as your own mystical powers. While you do choose a hero before the beginning of every match, your army's units are drafted right there on the battlefield as you and your opponent inspire them to join you on the fly and maps are always procedurally generated.

Matches follow a similar structure to most turn-based tactic RPGs, but offer new twists focusing on positioning, movement and exploration, some of them harkening back to the roots of the genre in games like chess.

Welcome to a paradise of sound and life.
Journey to the garden of sound and life, a mysterious and artistic place full of the extraordinary!

Eden Obscura, named after the historic camera obscura, is quite literally "light" entertainment; it uses the camera in your phone to create interactive visual effects while you jump around the screen gathering pollen to grow surreal artistic plants and landscapes in a world that is like no other. Vibrant colors combined with eclectic and sophisticated electronic music take you on an artistic and mind expanding journey, while at the same time it is quite simply a ton of fun to play.

Eden Obscura is a reimagining of the award-winning game PixelJunk Eden for mobile devices, and is once again helmed by international multimedia artist Baiyon, previously featured in the magazine Game Developer as one of 50 people to watch in the games industry.

*Highlights
Liberation from Programmed Visuals
Being mobile, the device can be taken to different places to capture the scenery around you, liberating the player from predetermined visuals that does not change.

*Physics Behavior
Physics behavior was put in into plants, that serve as platforms in the game to express an organic and tranquil waving motion.

*Analog Creation
Eden Obscura expresses an organic feel and a sense of disorder like an ink dropped on a sheet of paper and and watching it flow naturally.

*Visuals that Change Depending on your Surroundings
Stages are created in real-time through contrast of light and movements in the background that are captured through the camera, replicating a kaleidoscope-esque visual.

*Euphoria through Techno/Deep House
Sound is based on techno, specifically a deep house sound. A repetitious rhythm combined with nostalgic melody allures the listener with a distinct euphoria.

Element Valley was born this summer when a coach in personal development and a video game maker met.

Adeline and Anne believe in a poetic and interactive way to help people to break free and model their personal power.
We relied on a matrix which is used by Olympic athletes and we worked hard to create fun, surprising and relevant experiences that also make sens in real life.

The game presents 3 ways to play:
- a gradual journey like a coaching
- a discovery à la carte
- an immersive exploration directly into the landscape to discover all the points of view of the valley.

Element Valley is around 50 "points of view"/ experiments to live.

Spoiler Alert: Whenever you have successfully completed an experiment, you will earn a quote ranging from Rihanna to Abbé Pierre or from Martin Luther King to Walt Disney!

In short, we wrote all the experiments.

And we heard about IGF competition... But it was less than 10 days before the deadline!

So, we just have started the first sketches for design, visuals and code of the game less than 10 days ago (around September 22th 2018). Really, yes!! And as crazy it seems to be, it was a fantastic goal to create as quickly as possible for the Festival.
Unfortunately, the first build did'nt achieve yet. But, it will be ready for our next step in Paris the 19th of October at the IndieCade Europe.

Also, we already got our flying tickets to San Francisco on March 2019 to share the avancement of the game with everyone would like to meet us!
Cause we're going to continue to develop this precious game during the next months and participate at IGF next year with a complete game this time, for sure! ;)

Want to know all about this adventure ? You can follow us and let us know about any comment or question about Element Valley. We will be glad to talk to you ;)

Embedded is a period VR photography game about how the media shapes public perception. In Embedded, the player takes the role of an embedded photojournalist covering American involvement in the Vietnam War. As the player, you ride along with a team of soldiers as they carry out missions and drive from town to town, while you document what you see with your camera. Sometimes you witness refugees fleeing their homes and other times you witness soldiers performing heroic acts. When it's time to report back to your editor, you choose which photos to submit for publication. Your photos are judged based on their sentiment (whether the photos are pro or anti-war) and their quality (the technical merit of the photo according to the rule of thirds). Afterward, you are presented with a newspaper article that has your photos in it. The text of the article reflects the sentiment of your photos and the prestige of the newspaper you're published in reflects the quality of your photos. Embedded gives you the power to change how the narrative of the war is presented in the media. Embedded expresses what it is like to generate and publish news and makes players feel the tension between choosing photos that may be technically better and photos that express their feelings better. Players make choices that ultimately decide how the public will feel: whether they see the war as a necessary and patriotic action or a haphazard and cruel one.

Escape the Omnochronom! is a single player turn based strategy game that combines Roguelike and MOBA elements into something new.

You just got sucked into the Omnochronom (Om-KNOCK-Row-Nom), an ancient, mysterious device. Inside the device are mechanical minions, strange characters and spirits trapped there for eternity. Some say that the Omnochronom gives its owner eternal life by sapping all the energy from those captured. Some say it's simply a twisted prison invented by an evil god. Whatever the case, you know you can't stay here long.

There's a huge exit door up top. All you need to do is get one of these Key Minions up to the top before you're completely destroyed.

You can find weapons, tools, and other treasures left behind by others who have been trapped here before you. Because of a strange temporal quality of the Omnochronom, you can also find things left behind from people captured *after* you, as well. And you'll need everything you can get your hands on, because there are eight different horrifying Guardians, who power up minions, throw you around, destroy your base, and worse.

Collect special cards that power you up and give you access to new abilities. Unlock new playable characters that each have their own unique playstyle. Discover the secrets of the procedurally generated Omnochronom. Purchase randomly generated items, use tactical abilities, power up, and push the lanes.

With any luck, you just might be able to ESCAPE THE OMNOCHRONOM!

Everybody experiences mental illness and trauma differently. This game is representative of some of the creator's experiences, and no one else's. The creator makes no claim to represent a universal experience of mental illness or trauma, but, rather, just one manifestation of these things. The game was part of an academic project completed in June, 2018, that looked into how making autobiographical games about mental illness might be therapeutic for the creator.

GOMP! An exciting arcade-style shooter.

Extraterrestri-AL (Al for short), and his pet Flog, Florp, live alone on plentiful planet B.Gon. Planet B.Gon has a number of desirable natural resources; it's rich soil, breathable atmosphere, tremendous size, and bountiful sources of clean, fresh flowing water, make it an ideal planet for sustaining human life. Planet B.Gon is indeed the perfect place for humans to colonize and transform into their "New Earth".

BUT NOT IF AL CAN STOP IT!

Unfortunately for Al and Florp, every 100 years, for one month only, planet B.Gon becomes visible to Earth. One week ago, Al found an alien pod with an unusual symbol on it crashed on his planet! He also spotted several crafts with identical symbols flying in the nearby atmosphere.

The pod was filled with what looked to be a variety of diabolical doodads and nonsensical things. Al suspected that those strange ships circling in the (now not-so-distant) distance may be planning an invasion!

So what is Al and Florp to do?

Al decided he must fight to defend his planet from these -- foreign intruders! So he armed himself with all the phasers, blasters, zappers, lasers, rockets, and bombs he could find. He also stocked his ship with all of
his favorite galactic goodies; after all, proper nourishment is a must for Al, especially during warfare.

Al even placed signs up that he believed the "beings" would understand, hoping to thwart the strangers from
trespassing on his precious planet B.Gon. But to his dismay, the warnings didn't work... so he plopped his plump alien rump down in his comfy, favorite rocking rocket-er, and, fully loaded, awaited the unwelcome arrival.

Impeller Studios' debut project, In The Black®, is a free-to-play hardcore multiplayer space combat sim for PCs. Created by the designer of Crysis, Jack Mamais, and the gameplay and story lead of the X-Wing & TIE Fighter series, David Wessman, the game is set in our solar system 200 years from now. Megacorporations ruthlessly compete to exploit offworld resources and engage in shadowy, covert wars for commercial advantage. Players are the hired guns sent into battle, and it's up to them to select the best ship, weapons, and tactics needed to fulfill their contract.

The game is exceptional in its respect for science and strives to make everything as realistic as possible. Our "hard science" portrayal of space combat has been recognized by renowned Dartmouth physicist Marcelo Gleiser, and In The Black® is one of only 7 games to have been awarded the coveted Atomic Rockets "Seal of Approval". All of the ships, weapons, and deep space infrastructure could actually be built. Introducing Later Daters, Bloom Digital Media's new romance game!

Some people seem to think that over the age of 40 life is boring and romance is dead. Well, we don't believe it.

Through a deeply romantic and sexy interactive romance set at a seniors residence Later Daters offers players new ways to think about time and what they want to make of their lives. The characters in Later Daters aren't always straight or married. They are not (necessarily) grandparents, and don't subscribe to stereotypes of hemorrhoid cream, sensible shoes and daytime bingo.

Later Daters is an existential antidote to ageism and the fear of death, suggesting that our capacity to love one another deeply and generously is the only true limit to our lives. Later Daters is exciting, sexy, hilarious and true. Maybe life really does begin at 60.

Lems is a VR Reverse Platformer for HTC Vive & Oculus. May very well be the first of its kind!

In this game, players have to save little creatures called Lems.
They are on predefined paths known to the player and filled with obstacles and traps.

In order to succeed in his task, the player utilizes little platforms attached to his VR controllers that will follow their every movement. These platforms have unique properties (there are 4 different types of platforms currently in the game) and the player must use them in order to carry the Lems and make sure they arrive to destination.

There can be up to 4 spawners in a level and up to 4 Lems in a single spawner. It's a game about agility and analysing the level design in order to make the best out of each level.

All the levels are contained in an area of 2m². However, there is a scaling system in order to make the game accessible to everybody -- no matter the size -- and ensure they have a similar experience. Warning : the scaling system is here to ensure that people of different size (from approximately 1M50 to 2M20) enjoys the same experience. You should not play this game if you don't have a playable area of 2m².

There are currently 50+ Levels available, with 3 different modes to activate individually or together to spice things up!

Letters - a written adventure is a 2D adventure game with a narrative focus and a word-based mechanic. It tells the coming of age story of Sarah, our protagonist, told through letters she sends to her pen pal.

Players can move through these letters and use words from the text to change the drawings that are scattered throughout. By picking up and throwing a word at a drawing, it transforms accordingly which will then influence the rest of the letter and change the course of the story. Often, however, the correct word has to be created first by removing single letters from an already existing word.

Finding the right words is not always easy so players will need to read between the lines and start to look at words in a whole new way.

Lightfield is an omnidirectional blend of classical racing, parkour style tricks and free flying. A racing game at its core, Lightfield might be reminiscent of the classics, but in some aspects it is more Tony Hawk's than Wipeout or F-Zero. It is like nothing you have ever played before.

You are piloting a small spaceship through abstract cities and environments, and with the press of a button you can align and 'snap' your ship to any nearby surface spinning the ship around and giving you a speed boost. You are jumping and spinning through the abstract levels in true 6DOF fashion, always trying to find new and exciting racing lines.

This combination of free flying, parkour tricks and snapping makes this game completely omnidirectional and this is where Lightfield truly stands out. Lightfield HYPER Edition includes not only a new campaign mode, trick system and photo mode, but also features splitscreen local multiplayer as well as on online multiplayer.

Mastering Tedium is a tongue-in-cheek laundry simulator. A text adventure in the spirit of games such as ZORK (1980), Mastering Tedium uses the regular chore of laundry to juxtapose life's necessity of action with the futility and impermanence of acting for those aware of their own mortality. Mastering Tedium draws upon the prose of Portuguese writer Fernando Pessoa and his musings on the tedium of everyday life.

Excerpt from Fernando Pessoa's The Book of Disquiet:

"It is said that tedium is a disease of the idle or that it attacks only those who have nothing to do. But this ailment of the soul is in fact more subtle: it attacks people who are predisposed to it and those who work or who pretend they work (which in this case comes down to the same thing) are less apt to be spared than the truly idle.

Nothing is worse than the contrast between the natural splendour of the inner life, with its natural Indias and its unexplored lands and the squalor [...] of life's daily routine. And tedium is more oppressive when there's not the excuse of idleness. The tedium of those who strive hard is the worst of all. Tedium is not the disease of being bored because there's nothing to do, but the more serious disease of feeling that there's nothing worth doing."

Can the task of laundry, with its unending pressure—forever looming, ever truly be completed?

Mislead will be the most interesting puzzle game you play this year. The game is designed in a way to make the player think of a consequence before an action takes place. There are 2 parts to the game, the board area with carefully placed blocks, and the directions panel at the top. The directions panel has a list of arrows after the player removes a block the character Bu, will move the direction of the next arrow. This is what makes Mislead different to other puzzle games on the App Stores. The player thinks they know how they are going to move around the board because the arrows are showing them, but they will probably get lost. The player can only remove one block at a time and blocks have different abilities (bouncing, sliding, spike). Bu the character will get moved to different positions that the player might not expect him to move to. Mislead is something puzzle lovers of all ages(10+) will be absorbed with because of the unique game play. It is not at all hard to play but will challenge you to think differently.

Nerve Damage is a glitch-punk first person shooter with hyper fast arcade-style gameplay, distorted visuals, and loud music. The player quickly progresses through a series of semi-randomized levels, defeating enemies and scoring combos in order to earn a high score.

The game is equally influenced by experimental visual art and the immediacy of classic action games. I want to create an experience that is visceral and overpowering while still being enjoyable to play. The visual distortion also serves to complicate the player's relationship with the virtual world, highlight the screen as an essentially flat plane rather than a window into a 3D environment, and make the player aware of the process of projecting themselves into a game.

Words are your weapons!

Obliteracy is a word game set in a utopian future where energy is generated from language itself. Word-warriors pilot enormous mechanized robots in a tournament to prove themselves worthy of the title of Champion--and to earn the chance to craft the future of the world.

Obliteracy's core gameplay mixes the familiar mechanics of tile-based word games with a variety of bonuses, board configurations, and contenders to create a fresh, dynamic challenge in every match. Players choose from one of eight different playable challengers, each with distinctive strengths, weaknesses, skills and play styles. Battles are fought using wildly varying tile sets, each with its own configuration of powerup tiles that can boost damage and energy gain. Each character has their own unique set of special attacks which, properly used, can instantly turn the tide of a pitched struggle.

In Story Mode, players face increasingly challenging opponents in eight distinct and engrossing story arcs, all culminating in battles against the Codexicron, the enigmatic curator of all humanity's knowledge. Multiplayer lets you challenge friends and strangers from across the globe in single-match play, and Quick Play drops you into a randomly generated encounter that adapts over time to match your skill level.

With dozens of board configurations and character matchups, Obliteracy demands quick wit and constantly evolving strategies to ensure victory.

Start your career as a game censor and make inappropriate things right.

OIC: Obviously Inappropriate Content is a story-rich adventure game sets in a fictional Eastern-bloc country, where the player, as a game tester, must censor a developing game under government regulation. Developed by Shuaiying 'Shane' Hou with inspiration from 'Papers, Please', 'Metal Slug', and real-life experience, OIC explores the origins and development of video game censorship, and how it might affect the video game industry and our society.

OIC is trying to explore the issue of game censorship through story-telling, while not making it too preachy to people. The game attempts to bind different game mechanics/story-telling techniques together to serve the narrative and create a unique atmosphere of a fictional historical idea that The Soviet Union still existed in 2008.

You're surrounded, outnumbered and have to use any weapon you can get your hands on to dismantle your opponents in a flurry of kung fu. That's the essence of OFDP2, the world's fastest brawler. It features the original OFDP's unique two-button mechanics which my brother and I have spent the last five years perfecting. Speed and precision are key in this whirlwind fighting frenzy, as players maintain control over the 26 different unlockable skills, frenetic gameplay, and over 1000 classic kung fu-inspired animations.

We want to show that a fighting game can be complex without cumbersome button combinations. Simple design doesn't mean a simple game. Once players complete the tutorial levels and learn the basics, they'll see that this is the most intense two-button game ever made. Mobile games in recent years have brought simple control schemes to the forefront of game design. Simple control schemes are not necessarily best on mobile devices and we want to highlight that point by bringing OFDP2 to PC and consoles.

One Hand Clapping is a unique 2D puzzle platformer that invites you to sing into a microphone to solve musical puzzles. Players enter a world full of the potential for music, and couple their exploration of the environment with an exploration of their own abilities – their voice. One Hand Clapping is the first game to push the player to sing freely while analyzing their pitch to create a new form of interaction between player and computer. It is an unprecedented call and response in which the player must react to the game with deliberation from both their mind and body.

One Hand Clapping is a game about self-discovery in which the player develops better sense of who they are throughout the experience. While many games seek to empower their player, One Hand Clapping is unique in that the character's power – their voice – is coming not from the game but literally from the player themselves. The player starts without confidence in their voice, and with slow prompting and ramping challenges, gains confidence enough to sing without inhibition, ultimately realizing the influence their voice holds.

Inspired by the rise of fake news, social media echo chambers and the displacement of truth, Orwell: Ignorance is Strength takes on a darker tone than Orwell: Keeping an Eye on You. With the power to both uncover and play with "the truth", players must decide for themselves how far they will go in the service of their country and whether the truth is sacred or ignorance is strength.

Inducted into "The Office", a top-secret department of the government's Orwell security program, players take on the role of an investigative agent during a time when civil unrest threatens a major political crisis between the Nation and neighboring country Parges.

Reporting directly to Orwell adviser, Ampleford, players are immediately tasked with uncovering the truth behind the escalating political tension and delving deep into the lives of Raban Vhart, editor of The People's Voice and self-proclaimed guardian of truth, his wife, Karen, and his brother, Ilya, to uncover their potential involvement.

To assist with their task, players are given more agency through additional tools and mechanics, providing opportunities to control and impact the narrative. A new "time of day" system puts the player in time-sensitive situations, making who they chose to investigate and when, more important than ever. Players can also research more widely and dig deeper into citizen's lives, gathering additional information they can use to influence the way events are reported and perceived by the public.

Pangolin's Puzzle tells the story of a young pangolin as she embarks on an unexpected adventure and a daring rescue, learning her place in the world. Experience the plight of the pangolin and help overcome challenges by using reasoning and critical thinking skills to solve brain-teasing logic grid puzzles. Painterly, colorful artwork and an original, immersive soundtrack set the scenes for the landscapes of the African wilderness and dream-like realm of imagination where Pangolin's Puzzle takes place. Players have the option of learning more trivia about this little-known, critically endangered animal and even contributing to its cause through gameplay.

Pangolin's Puzzle is a family friendly game that takes a fresh approach to the classic logic grid puzzle, or Einstein puzzle. An Einstein puzzle involves reading a set of clues, then moving pieces around the grid to reach the solution. The gameplay hones players' deduction, and reasoning, and critical reading and thinking skills as well as a keen attention to detail through its challenging logic puzzles.

Pangolin's Puzzle is a game meant to raise awareness for pangolins by putting them in the spotlight and letting players learn more about them through gameplay. Though fictional, the game's story demonstrates the struggle real pangolins face for survival in the world. When players complete puzzles, they unlock extra content where they can view even more information about pangolins and the conservation efforts in place to save them.

- A diverse range of hand-crafted, detailed environments awash with nuanced world building and storytelling.
- Dynamic and varied narrative vignettes and situations. Acts of violence, driving cars, placid photography and a host of off-kilter characters to meet.
- A subtly dynamic soundscape composed from over an hour of bespoke tracks. Through glitched, burbling sound design and a soundtrack that harks back to late 90s FM and tracker audio, the ambience of Paratopic warps and segues as you journey through the world.

Pretzel After Dark is an intimate, co-operative, body contortion game. Two body parts are revealed onscreen and players must attempt to bring those parts into contact. Connections are held and accumulate, so each new set of instructions ties and tangles bodies closer together.

Throughout play, the group of players must figure out who will supply which body part and negotiate how they will link them together, communicating what they are prepared and capable of doing. This centres gameplay around a process of discussion, consent and respect.

Pretzel After Dark is a sexually charged, visually queer variant of the original Pretzel Pocket (released on Android and iOS). While Pretzel Pocket encouraged contact in an ambiguous, nonsexual setting, After Dark delves right into the discomfort of our most intimate places. Some physical orientations will seem a little suggestive or titillating, while others will be downright weird. Either way, Pretzel After Dark supplies a complex landscape of bodily sensation, reservation and humour.

Project Scrapper is a casual first-person objective shooter with one caveat: players have no guns. Instead, players are equipped with an anti-gravity jump that lets them jump onto and run along surfaces and gravitational rivets that draw objects together. The wide applicability of these rivets allow players to employ whatever strategies they come up with. Launch environmental objects at opponents to knock them down or launch your opponents themselves. Use the rivets to keep objective items from other players. In some game modes, players can even rip the panels composing the map. Make gravity your play thing.

REHTONA

GAME INTRODUCTION

While at a party, a young girl known as "Rehtona" (the reverse of "Another") witnesses the world beginning to change without warning. Two seemingly identical but completely different worlds overlap each other – and all the party guests disappear except for her. After a series of unexplained events, Rehtona embarks on a journey to uncover the truth.

The player will take on the role of Rehtona – solving puzzles to collect memory fragments scattered throughout the world. Whenever a complete image is assembled, a memory that doesn't seem to belong to Rehtona will be imprinted onto her mind. Rehtona is getting closer and closer to the shocking truth ...

In Rehtona, there are one core factor: "the two world": outer world, and inner world. Each game level contains a sequence of multiple puzzles. By discovering and taking advantage of the differences between these two worlds, the player needs to act in one world while anticipating the consequences in others.

After the opening sequence, Rehtona will gain the ability to place illusion marks in the outer world she inhabits. These illusion marks will become "statues" in the inner world. Players need to think carefully about where to place these illusion marks because they help players traverse the inner world.

Rehtona is a platform game with innovative puzzle gameplay. We hope that players will enjoy the game's mechanics and original storyline. Currently, the game is in demo form. The final version – which is planned for a mid-November release – will contain 40+ levels and a robust, immersive story.

"Through the Forest, Into the World..."

She and the Light Bearer is a blend of a music album and adventure game that borrows its aesthetic from storybook and fairy tales. The game put emphasize in the art, poem, dialogue, and music to deliver a story about forest and Mother.

The project was born from a prototype made during Mojiken Camp, an internal upgrading program by Mojiken Studio. Sheeping Around is a multiplayer (1v1) card dueling game about grazing and stealing sheep. The objective is simple: you gotta graze the sheep and call them home as a shepherd, or lure and steal them as a thief.

As a lonely specter looking for love in the afterlife, you attend a speed dating event and chat up a cemetery's worth of phantoms, wraiths, and poltergeists. At the end of the spooky mixer, choose your favorite! They'll take you out to all the best haunts: old folks' homes, creepy houses with new owners... Maybe solving a murder is your idea of a good time. Or robbing a bank. Ghosts are into all sorts of things.

The Night Journey is a collaboration between renowned media artist Bill Viola and designers at the USC Game Innovation Lab, it uses both game and video techniques to tell the universal story of an individual's journey towards enlightenment.

After being exhibited as an art installation around the world for the past decade, this foundational videogame artwork has now been released for home platforms. Updated and remastered with new, original dream footage, the project stands as a milestone in the search to expand the boundaries of what game experiences may communicate through their game mechanics and world design.

The game takes place in a mysterious landscape on which darkness is falling. If they are able, they may slow down time itself and forestall the fall of darkness. If not, there is always another chance; the darkness will bring dreams that enlighten future journeys.

You're terrified having to hide all the time. Those who you thought were your faithful servants have switched camps and now are hunting you down. Your friends and family have been abducted. You don't know where they are or what happened to them and there's nothing you can do about it. Survival by hiding is what seems to be the only option with no hope and zero understanding of the reasoning behind it all. You're an outcast, a criminal, an outlaw just because you're a human being.

The Uncertain is an episodic, story-driven adventure game, set in a post-apocalyptic world: Humanity has been all but wiped out, and a tyrannical civilization of robots now holds Earth in an iron grip.

The first episode is available on Steam: playing as a robot named RT, you uncover the story of how a small group of human resistance fighters uncovered the truth about humanity's downfall and tried to help the few, scattered survivors. Episode Two follows the same events, but from a different point of view...

You will play as Emily, who is one of a small number of people who survive by evading the ever-watchful surveillance state that humans and their robot servants have created. To try and escape from this situation Emily will endure great ordeals, make life-or-death decisions, and take part in an atmospheric and thrilling adventure.

The first episode of The Uncertain was well received by the critics(6 awards at various indie game development festivals) and players(80% out of 804 Steam reviews).

Episode 2 script received German literature award "Die Grosse Nordklingen" for best game script.
