'Ye or Nay? is a polemical take on the classic game Guess Who?, where all of the characters are Black men, and half of them are Kanye West. Eschewing the binarized identities of its predecessor, 'Ye or Nay? allows us to examine the language we use to describe and differentiate Black men: What does "brown skin" mean when all of the subjects are brown?

'Ye or Nay? also wrestles with the issue of the problematic fave, providing a critical analysis of popular Black men from a position of cultural subjectivity. What has each given and taken from The Culture? Can we love our icons while still holding them accountable? Is it a call out, or a genuine expression of our care, our pain, our disappointment, and, our love, because we are always rooting for everybody Black, even when everybody Black ain't rooting for us?

Airwaves is a collection of four short stories in the form of a radio operator simulator game. The player plays as a family of radio operators in a fictional contemporary China. The stories span three generations through decades of turmoil, starting from the Korean War, followed by the Great Leap Forward, to Cultural Revolution and Sino-Soviet Border Conflicts, and ends with the 1989 pro-democracy movements. The family narrative intertwines with short stories inspired by Mo Yan and Yu Hua's hallucinatory realism writings. The player is required to decipher morse code and cryptic messages, preferably on a notebook to advance.

The game's deliberately tactile and difficult progression signifies the personal narrative in contrast with the overwhelming institutional narratives. Each story tells a tale of its generational trauma from collective memories. The use of realistic pixel art in conjunction with the magical realist narrative stresses the fuzziness and myths that come with memories about historical events. It is about the pain and suffering and hope and perseverance experienced by marginalized people living in rural China.

Since then, food-centric sovereignty has been established, where the governments are in charge of the acquisition and distribution of food for their people, with all borders closed for security reasons.

Now the year is 2036. In the city of Iden, every piece of food entering resident areas must pass a required set of tests, executed by skilled government workers. You, as one of the newly-recruited food inspectors, will need to carry out your duty 24/7 alone in a booth. Even though it is considered one of the most desired occupations in Iden, what you want from it is a bit different — an escape from this blockaded city.

Features:
- Challenge a series of food inspection missions that will put your skills and strategies to the test.
- Live a solitary life in a booth and spend hard-earned wages on post-cultural gems or lottery tickets.
- Enjoy an atmospheric and characteristic soundtrack that is exclusive to high class Iden citizens.
- Meet with a dozen of dull or interesting people who may be a help, a threat, or something else to you.
- Experience an immersive, carefully crafted branching story where you get to choose, sometimes.

Tool-assisted speedrun: The game! "Bots Are Stupid" is a 2D game where you try to maneuver robots through different platforming levels. It sets itself apart from conventional platformers by offering an alternative, more precise way of user input. Instead of directly controlling the character's movement, the player has to write a set of simple instructions telling their robot what to do. The bot will then follow those instructions precisely and maybe (or maybe not) finish the level.

The commands for the robots are designed to be as simple as possible in order to make the game accessible to anyone. This means that you are not required to have any prior programming/tech knowledge to be able to "program" the bots. The game might have some educational value by introducing players to the very basics of scripting/programming in a playful way.

There's also a global leaderboard, which allows players to compete with each other to get the best solutions for each level as well as an editor, which lets players create and share custom levels.

A 3D domino world for children 5 and above. Dominoes are powerful tools for Mathematical Thinking and numeracy. They are also simple like Lego blocks in that they offer infinite possibilities to create joyful learning experiences.

The current release of Breakroom Dominoes includes one game (Cluck Cluck a slightly modified version of Chicken Foot dominoes) played with 3 Bot opponents. We are working on adding as many domino games as possible and make it multiplayer with social capabilities.

The pandemic has increased the screen time for most young children. However, most games are not suitable for young children. They have incentives and twitch based gameplay that is not good for younger children if played excessively. With Breakroom dominoes we intend to make the video game experience as close to the real life experience of playing Domino games with friends.

A digital playground where you can drag and drop images from your computer to plant flowers, grow vines, start fires and upload color into an expansive network of butterflowers! Uncover the memories of a past user as you explore the evolving space of the ecosystem and breathe new life from your files and interactions with the terrain.

'neueagent' is born from the videogame's lifecycle, a naïve artificial intelligence constructed from data collected through engagement with the principal mechanics, the room state and files added/removed. Through the language of videogames, neueagent resembles user profiles that are generated from data collection and surveillance malpractices online from behemoth corporations in the form of a customized avatar with variable stats. Environment design parallels the intoxicating, disorienting field of digitized color and noise, endless feedback loops and micro-interactions of the Internet that we consume. All interaction is recorded, serialized, mutated, cloned and used to inform a blurred, jarring version of ourselves that lives in data banks in far-away locales.

I have left that space but can see the phantom, serialized form there now - looped actions unfeeling, limiting - run infinite - between frames they are mutated then re-compiled — 60fps

The high priest of an obscure cult is preparing a ritual. Don the priest's sacred mantle, for these holy labors are yours to direct. You may carve a votive, lead a prayer, or make a sacrifice — but you must see to the task with care. Unearthly eyes gaze down upon you from the sea above. Will your devotion reach them?

Does it matter?

DEVOTIONALIA is a text-based "ritual simulator" about faith, isolation, and thousands of sea-snakes. It examines the spaces where devotion becomes desperation, where deification is dangerous, and where belief can falter or be renewed. Performing different rituals reveals new information about the cult and its practices, and the outcome of each ritual will reshape the high priest's worldview. Bear in mind that beneath the Oversea, faith is not something to be conquered or manipulated into submission. Neither is love.

A point-and-click horror-adventure game about childhood of post-soviet kids in 1990's Russia — a space where no one can hear your scream.

Russia in the '90s. A provincial town on the outskirts of the crumbling Soviet Empire. A big yard where many kids hang out. They make friends, fight and reconcile, love and hate, but mostly just play. Life goes on as usual until one kid mysteriously goes missing, and the rest of the group has to face the horror they are unable to comprehend – the DØM RUSALOK. This is a place where the worst nightmares come true.

DØM RUSALOK – is a story that follows the traditions of great works by Stephen King and Robert Stine. It is a story about children who have to face a disturbing horror. Only this time action does not take place in cozy suburban America but at cellars, basements and yards of provincial 90's Russia. The post-soviet russian setting gives the game a unique atmosphere like no other. It creates a space where no one can hear your scream.

A number of challenges awaits the children who are about to discover the deepest darkest secrets hidden away in a human soul. A homicidal maniac is on the loose, while the street gangs thrive under the police protection. A cult with a TV psychic medium leader grows in popularity among the people. However, most importantly, at the heart of an abandoned research institute, which the town was originally built around, a somewhat chthonic power is about to awaken.

Ekstase
Ekstase is a love letter to Berlin and its techno scene. Amazing techno beats and beautiful visuals set the stage for a game that honors the falling block puzzle genre. Fresh but familiar gameplay ensures that Ekstase is easy to pick up and sink many hours into. With both classic and new game modes, there is something here for both the casual and the hardcore puzzle game player.

Gameplay description
In Ekstase, shapes of 3-5 blocks fall from the top, and as soon as they hit something, they fall apart. The scan line changes color every cycle and removes the squares you formed with blocks of the same color.

Game modes
Reach a "state-of-flow" in Flow mode
Flow mode is the frictionless "jump in" game mode in which the game adapts to how you play. Are you getting better? The game will ramp up its difficulty. Are you getting worse? The game becomes easier. In doing so, the game teases out a "state-of-flow" in the player, a state in which you are fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, involvement, and enjoyment.

Keep a beat with Beat99
Beat99 is the rhythm mode in Ekstase . The goal is to rank up your multiplier by dropping shapes to the beat. You'll be given 99 "lives", dropping a shape subtracts one life, missing a beat subtracts ten! Try to survive as long as possible and try to score as high as you possibly can.

Pick your own challenge in Classic mode
In Classic mode you set the challenge. Choose the amount of colors and the speed of the shapes.

Time Attack
Can you stack efficiently? Prove it in Time Attack mode. Beat the highscore in a set amount of time.

Two rotation modes
Ekstase can be enjoyed in two different play styles; play style "A" and play style "B". In A you rotate the colors in a stationary shape, in B you rotate the shapes. This way you get two games for the price of one!

Accessibility
Are you colorblind? No worries, I've got you covered! In the options menu, pick your type of color blindness for the appropriate color palette, or hand pick the colors yourself. Motor challenges? No biggie! Ekstase comes with custom button mapping and co-pilot. Do you find the background animations too distracting?! Not a problem! Turn it down, or all the way off, from the options menu.
In Raskal's games everyone gets to play.

Eternal Threads is a story-driven puzzle game set in the North of England in 2015, where six people have died in a house fire - which they all should have survived. Early experiments with time travel in the distant future have created corruption throughout the timestream. You play as Agent 43, a rookie time operative working for the newly formed Second Chance Project, whose mission is to restore the multiple defects within the timestream.

Corruption has been detected throughout the week preceding their deaths and prohibited from simply stopping the fire, the player must instead manipulate the choices made by the housemates so that they all can survive. From the outset, the player has free and complete reign to explore the seven day timeline before the fire. They can watch and alter the significant events from the entire week as many times as they like and in whatever order they wish.

Changing many of the housemates decisions will cause the timeline to instantly recalibrate. Branches in time will open and close, causing some events to vanish and others to appear, allowing the player to investigate further. The housemates can be saved from the fire in multiple ways, with each outcome having a profound effect on their lives in the future. Will you just search for the quickest and easiest solution, or can you find the best possible outcome for everyone?

Ultimately, everything is about choices and consequences.

You are trapped. Bound by magic by unknown captors. But you are a Flow Weaver and can move between dimensions. Travel amongst them, learn new spells, and uncover the secrets of this strange world to orchestrate your escape.

Flow Weaver is a narrative escape room game. The player explores and experiments with their environment, moving between different magical dimensions to solve intuitive puzzles towards the goal of escape.

Gameplay allows you to move between your cell and multiple different dimensions (or "Flows") as you discover them, learning how each Flow affects the world in different ways. The player uses those differences to solve puzzles and challenges, learn new skills or spells, and uncover new objects and new puzzles.

Flow Weaver is an immersive seated experience with fully voiced dialogue, a moving soundtrack, and rich narrative lore for fantasy fans to dig into.

Flow Weaver is a seated VR experience, a design choice that was made early in its development. We noticed that a majority of VR games had players standing, using a wide range of movement, and that this didn't encourage users to remain in these games or experiences for an extended period of time. We focus on 'long play sessions' that allow a stronger narrative and free up the physical limitations of the user. Doing so gives us the freedom to tell the story of Flow Weaver at a pace and rhythm that isn't rushed or condensed but flows organically as it weaves the player into its web of fantasy and lore.

This is our motto:

GameRoom - "A game creation engine which let teachers create escape room games with as little effort as creating a quiz"

And exactly this is what we did.

--------------------------------------

How it works :

Teachers:

1. Teachers pick a new topic to introduce (Eg: Atomic Physics)
2. In the next step, they enter a set of study notes, a related question, and the right answer
3. Finally, teachers generate a game and share a game code with students

Students :

1. Students enter a game code and initially witness the topic (Eg: Atomic Physics) of the game
2. Then, they interact with the room objects, find notes (which is given by teachers) and clues, unlock puzzles (which is created by our game engine from the questions and answers set that teacher provides) to get more clues, and finally escape the room with some knowledge of that particular topic.

--------------------------------------

GameRoom helps teachers introduce any new topic to students in the way they want them most. Also, it motivates self-learning among students. Also, it reduces the pain of teachers preparing the lesson plan :)

PS:- We are in an early stage of development.

In many ways, Gem Wizards Tactics will feel familiar to fans of Advance Wars, Fire Emblem or X-Com. But unlike these games, the maps are entirely randomly generated, and enemy units are spawning randomly as well. This means that the challenges are much more emergent and surprising—and so your strategies will have to be as well. In this original turn based tactical war game, you take your army through a series of battles in which you've gotta capture the flags before taking too many losses.

The crew of a drifting spaceship, facing off against a mysterious and deadly threat known as the "Gnosia" and having no idea who among them is really the enemy, formulate a desperate plan for survival. You are alone on a cold Christmas night, stuck at home, in a foreign country. You get through it by cooking a hot dish intended for six people. Hot Pot For One is a game about the bitterness of lonely times, and the sweet comfort of food that keeps us going. We wish to evoke those emotions through simple and smooth interactions such as putting ingredients into the pot, watching them cook, seeing them being eaten, and eventually dumping the rest away.

The concept of the game came from our personal experiences as international students. One of the most challenging things about living in a foreign country is that you are far away from your family and friends. And that can be very lonely. Luckily, one thing that can put our minds at ease in those times of difficulty has been to make and eat food from home. The familiar taste of hometown summons happy memories, and warms our hearts. It helps us retain our power to fight on.

Those experiences inspired us to take this opportunity to express the loneliness of being away from home, as well as the satisfaction of consuming our favorite food, in the form of a game.

It takes a hundred days for a vine leaf to complete its life cycle: from spring to autumn, the leaves thrive and provide the fundamental energy to grow the grapes. Hundred Days will put you in charge of managing a small and abandoned winery: from selecting the types of vine you want to grow, to naming your final product, every decision of the challenging business of winemaking will be in your hands. Take care of your vineyard, learn to follow the rhythm of the seasons, harvest, label your bottles and sell them on the market: every choice you make will have an impact on the quality and quantity of the wine you produce and sell. Increase the reputation of your company worldwide, expand your business and manage the tight schedule of your daily tasks. Each turn will represent a day in your new life: once your business is up and running, attention to details will be key to succeeding in your endeavours. In fact, as opposed to classical tycoon games, in Hundred Days you'll make progress by constantly improving every aspect of your venture, honing your skills to perfection and meticulously planning the required activities: rather than mechanising the production, care and craftsmanship will be your guiding pillars. This is a winemaking simulator that will make you aware of the struggles endured by real-life winemakers, while rewarding you with the pleasures and secrets of a millenary tradition.

Hundred Days is a game about winemaking that involves balancing resources and managing time. However, even before considering it as a business, making wine must be understood as a complex art. To be a successful winemaker, you'll need to get a grasp of chemistry, live by a strict routine, have a bit of luck, and infuse your craft with a lot of passion. In 1990 Yves Hohler, lead designer and co-founder of Broken Arms Games, moved with his family from Switzerland to Italy to pursue the path of winemaking. Even if at the time he was only a child, this decision has shaped his existence ever since: he attended and graduated from the Oenological High School Umberto I (in Alba, Italy) to become an expert in the field. At the moment, besides being a professional in the video game industry, he is still continuing the winemaking family business. Loosely built on Yves personal experience, the game's narrative can be considered partially autobiographical: the player, in fact, will start their journey from an abandoned winery, and will consolidate the business day-by-day, learning from their mistakes. Broken Arms Games, as a studio, is based in the Italian region of Piedmont which is renowned for the production of world-famous wines such as Chardonnay, Nebbiolo and Barbera, just to name a few. The entire team is deeply connected with the cultural heritage of Piedmont (a winemaking region) and this makes the experience depicted in the game a truly realistic simulation. Hundred Days takes pride in offering the player a thorough experience: real data provided from local winemaking businesses have been used and implemented in the game, while even the in-game tools and machinery are modelled after the real ones.

FURSAN AL-AQSA - THE KNIGHTS OF AL-AQSA MOSQUE is a Third Person Shooter game which addresses the Israel x Palestine conflict from a Palestinian perspective, breaking the cliché of representing Muslim and Arabs as Terrorists, Bandits, Villains and the Americans/Israelis as the "Good Guys" and "Heroes" of History. This is the first game in the games industry which addresses such a sensitive topic, in a realistic way, showing the other side of history, which is very unknown by people, mostly here on west.

You play as Ahmad al-Falastini, a young Palestinian Student who was unjustly tortured and jailed by Israeli Soldiers for 5 years, had all his family killed by an Israeli Airstrike and now, after getting out from prison, seeks revenge against those who wronged him, killed his family and stolen his homeland, by joining a new Palestine Resistance Movement called Fursan al-Aqsa - Knights of al-Aqsa Mosque.

I am a brazilian muslim, son of a Palestinian Resistance Fighter, and I always wanted to tell the history of my father, and the history of my people, the palestinian people and their resistance against oppression. Through this game I want to show to the whole World that Fighting for Freedom is NOT Terrorism, Fighting for Life is NOT Terrorism, Fighting for Protecting the Homeland is NOT Terrorism, Fighting against the Oppressor and its Savagery is NOT Terrorism, that Palestine Resistance is NOT Terrorism!

Lazy Chess: Fewer Moves. More Fun! Lazy Chess is a free game for iOS and Android created for the diffident chess enthusiast. On average, there are more than 30 legal chess moves available to a player in a turn, creating vigintillions of possibilities throughout a game. Lazy Chess compresses that by offering the best 2, 3 or 4 moves to choose in each turn. What's the catch? You won't know which move is the best!

The world's most sophisticated chess engine, Stockfish, analyzes your strategy. Stockfish consistently triumphs over many of the world's best players--human and AI. The moves provided in Lazy Chess can always win the match, but how strong are your decisions?

The board plays as a real chess game would while limiting your selections. In any turn, your options may allow you to defend, progress, capture, or even use special rules such as castling. New to playing chess? You will learn creative moves. Consider yourself a contender? See how you rate against a world-class neural network!

Compete against an AI opponent, online with strangers or friends, or through local pass and play.

Lazy Chess is open source and available on GitHub. It was developed by Cinq-Mars Media, an educational non-profit with projects and games featured at E3, PAX and festivals worldwide.

Linda & Joan is a narrative game about a British family. You play as Russell, Linda, and Joan — son, mother, and grandmother — switching between them to help the family cope with a series of traumatic events. Based on a true story. "Four Months Earlier" is part one of the Linda & Joan story.

Linda is visiting Russell in Los Angeles, where he now lives. We join them halfway up a hiking trail. You must walk them to the top. Linda is using a stick and is unable to move as quickly as Russell. Keep them within earshot and they'll chat about Linda's visit and the past, while trying to find the right time to bring up what's weighing on their minds.

There are multiple endings based on the choices you make — one of which involves Joan, who is at home in Hereford, UK. Play in Normal Mode (walk Russell, Linda follows) then try Challenging Mode (walk both Russell and Linda).

"Four Months Earlier" is a free, standalone experience. It will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

Alexei Ananenko, Valeri Bezpalov, and Boris Baranov. These three men undertook a selfless mission to drain water trapped beneath the Chernobyl nuclear reactors in the immediate aftermath of the blast, and "Liquidators" is the only game that lets players experience how they managed to contain this catastrophe. Based on true events, this first-person, survival horror experience will have you traverse the radioactive bowels of the blast site, carefully orienting your every step based on the readings of your Geiger counter. Each liquidator has their own set of skills, from stamina to crawling in vents, that gives players a variety of ways to approach the hazardous challenges between them and the valves that will drain excess water destabilizing the reactor core. Whether they all make it out, or more importantly, succeed at all, is in your hands.

Liquidators started as a USC master's thesis project in 2019, with an interactive demo completed in just 2 days by a single student. It put the player in control of a single Chernobyl liquidator exploring a section of the destroyed reactor. After struggling to garner any external funding, it caught the attention of a few passionate students who wanted to see the demo flushed out to its full potential. The goal was clear from the very beginning: to create the most intense, edge-of-your-seat gameplay through systems such as permanence and unpredictability. After a few months of development, a playable demo of one section was released. The team was determined to make a complete experience, and after a few more months, the game was released on Steam, for free, to overwhelmingly positive reception. An Xbox port is currently being worked on.

This project is dedicated to all the liquidators, first responders, and support units that responded to the Chernobyl disaster. Through interactivity, people have a fresh way to experience the danger and horrors of their mission firsthand, with this being only one of many. It is our goal to raise awareness for the people that contained the fallout, which is why we have decided to go uncredited in the game. The focus of our game is squarely on them and the organizations that support those affected by this tragic moment in history. One such charity (who we independently chose to highlight) is Chernobyl Children International, who provides ongoing access to medical services and community support for children affected by the blast. We ask that players donate to this cause and others like it in lieu of paying for the game.

A visual novel about an abusive relationship, idealization, and intimacy.

Live a summer of dysfunctional love through branching storylines, twists, sudden changes, and a special mechanic where you choose which senses to use with your boyfriend. In these moments, you will learn about him, his personality, and his past, making you question everything.

Milky Way Prince is entirely designed, programmed, illustrated, and scored by a very young author, Lorenzo Redaelli. The story itself is partially autobiographical.

"During my experience with a borderline partner, I thought that falling in love with him was like becoming part of a binary star system. It's the rarest, most precious thing in the universe – but the closer they get the more unstable they become. My idea was to create an immersive experience where the player is asked to try to understand the dynamics of this unusual relationship. The character you interact with adapts their behavior to yours – using academic terminology, they could set up "rage tests", "love bombing", or otherwise guilt trip you. The plot's branching storyline is guided by variables such as "submission" and "interest" that fluctuate at each interaction."

- Semi-autobiographical dark romance story
- Branching narrative paths with multiple endings
- Intimate new sensory gameplay system
- Character art inspired by Suehiro Maruo and Masaaki Yuasa
- 3D environments influenced by the stage design of Robert Wilson
- 30+ minutes of baroque electropop original soundtrack

Mono No Aware is an intense, single-player, mature-themed, narrative-driven, RPG where players go on a journey of self-discovery to escape from the depths of an anxiety-riddled dungeon. Players take control of June as she is transported to a world where all of her anxiety has come to life. To escape this dark dungeon, players must rewire June's brain by fixing panels scattered throughout the world, each representing a painful thought or memory. Acted out as a small play by the game's over-the-top characters, these interstitials let players get a glimpse into June's mindset, telling the story of her traumatic past. The challenge of these panels is simple, guide a block through a maze, but there's a catch! Players can't choose when they move, only in what direction, causing gameplay that is chaotic and addictively challenging.

To make panels easier, players can level up by defeating 'panic' enemies throughout the dungeon in turn-based RPG combat. Here, players must use mental health strategies they've learned previously to attack and manage the player's anxiety level. Creatures can either attack the player or raise their anxiety, leaving the player weak, vulnerable, and forced to make risky decisions to survive. June and the player's journey through Mono No Aware is a coming-of-age story that challenges the player to overcome anxiety through gameplay and come out the other side better understanding themselves and others.

Nightmare Temptation Academy is a dating-simulation/choose your own adventure/roleplaying game and rap musical. The game is set in high school in an alternate universe at the end of the world. Visual tropes from anime, videogames and early 2000's digital culture are referenced and remixed to evoke nostalgia and further allegorize the uniquely Millennial adolescent experience of apathy, desensitization, and confusion caused by first-generation internet addiction and media oversaturation. A binary dialogue decision-making gameplay expresses the protagonist's struggles with intrusive thoughts and managing impulsivity. This character-driven gameplay also explores group dynamics, relationships, morality, sexuality, consent, and manipulation. The soundtrack is original, written and performed by the developer Lena NW.

The last five half-human half-animals alive (the dominant sentient species) all go to high school together. This nameless high school is ruled by a machine; the purpose of the machine is unknown, as its creators and relevance of the machine to a larger civilization have been obliterated long ago. In fact, this high school rests on the verge of total annihilation surrounded by the endless abyss of oblivion. The machine glitches as it deteriorates. Despite the complete futility of living on; the students are forced to continue attending high school because they are brainwashed and sedated by the machine. The students are unable to fully grasp their circumstances, having no context for where they are in time or space, so they continue to enact the trifling social interactions typical of high schoolers.

You (the player/protagonist) are a depressed, anxious, suicidal, alienated 14-year-old girl. You were spawned from a post-mordial goop; the spirits, the debris, the carcasses, the residue of all that once was. The ghostly spirits that reared you, raped you in the process of creating you. You live your life carrying the weight of the trauma that is your entire existence; intrusive thoughts and impulses are ghosts that possess you. Your behavior and the relationships you form with characters as the collective crisis point culminates is up to you (unless of course... you sell your soul).

Syphilisation is a post-colonial 4X game built to eXplore the idea of what a 4X can be when built from a foundation that doesn't assume nationalism and imperialism. The winner-take-all ethos of current 4X games is unrealistic and by building a game with a different perspective, I hope to open up new space in what these games can say.

In this game, you play as a student doing a group report to highlight how we expect people to be more ethical than nations. You write about Gandhi, Churchill and the Raj so that you can understand the weight of the decisions and the complexity of the people. This is a game that wants you to think about what 4Xs are and what they can be.

Nohra is a beautiful and fast paced precision platformer where you take control of Lupu, a newly awakened monster, and attempt to escape from an abandoned lab.

Created by students of the DigiPen Institute of Technology, this game is built with reaction and mechanical mastery in mind where players are expected to recognize patterns in the scenes and combine movements to advance. Set in a once proud laboratory now broken and neglected, you play as a monster who has broken its containment. Freed of your confinement for the first time in years, you scour the lab in search of an exit, and maybe something more. Something other than freedom that calls to you.

On your mission to find a way out, you will encounter many dangers. All signs of the previous inhabitants are gone, but the defenses protecting them are as vigilant as ever. However, with your ability to chain dashes together and slow down time, the defenses set up in your way stand no chance. - Slow down time and enjoy the view of your beautiful prison.

This interactive game-poem is an ode to the struggles of human communication.
It reflects on the hardships of unfortunate dialogues, the splendor of reaching to the other side, the rise and fall of human connectedness, the agonies of stray meanings and words.
Expressed through the poetics of weather phenomena, this conceptually driven game represents the mental landscape between two lovers, acting as a parallel metaphor for the contemporary digitally mediated condition.
Early cyberspatial theories referred to an erotic ontology of digital experience. Michael Heim described the platonic dimensions of an augmented Eros. Roland Barthes on the other hand described language as the skin with which we struggle to touch the 'other'. In this game-poem, senses, meanings and ideas appear to be all permeated by the 'spell' of technology, a rhetorical as well as an erotic act of mediation through different worlds.
The reader/player is asked to become part of the lovers-dipole, to meander through minimal poetic texts and tormented emotions, at times linear, other times bifurcating, while exploring a dialogue 'atmosphere' inspired by visual poetry. Endeavoring to reach the 'other side' through the use of spoken language, this game is an affective journey to the tempests of a fallen dialogue.
"Sometimes we make it, sometimes not, this is the melancholy of the human nature."

Of Bird & Cage is the first ever metal music opera experience, in which narrative gameplay synchronises with a symphonic metal soundtrack. In a dark and twisted version of 'Beauty and the Beast', players take the role of Gitta Barbot, a waitress and a drug addict, as she is kidnapped by Bres Lupus, a vengeful man whose life she unknowingly destroyed. It's a deeply disturbing story that will not leave you indifferent!

Warning: themes: alcohol, drugs, violence, abuse, harassment.

This is an experimental project by a small indie studio of extremely dedicated people.

Of Bird and Cage is a musical experience like no other, an Interactive Metal Opera. You're not just listening—you're inside. Let soaring metal music captivate you.

Explore this "dark and mature version of 'Beauty and the Beast'", as the developers describe the game. The project, a gripping, twisted and disturbing story about addiction, madness, oppression, love, and fighting for oneself, adorned with a phenomenal soundtrack composed by Arnold Nesis, is the first-of-its-kind music experience in the form of a game available on the market.

Some of the acclaimed artists who took part in the recording Of Bird and Cage are Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal (ex-Guns N' Roses), Rob van der Loo (Epica), and Ruud Jolie (Within Temptation). The characters are voiced by Kobra Paige (Kobra and the Lotus), Danny Worsnop (Asking Alexandria), and Davidavi 'Vidi' Dolev (Gunned Down Horses). As a blend of two media, a game and a music album, Of Bird and Cage is one of the most ambitious, independent projects entering the market next year.

1989, New York City. Annie, a 40-year-old psychoanalyst in a failing marriage, embarks on an affair with fellow psychoanalyst Rex. Through their rocky relationship, Annie is pushed to the brink and finally remembers—and reconciles—her own childhood trauma, which has driven her into a cycle of abusive relationships. Their affair touches the lives of their spouses, their psychoanalysts, and even new lovers, all of whom have stories for the player to uncover, ultimately revealing a story spanning the Moscow Marathon, an elaborate rescue mission, a drowning in the English countryside, and an escape from an insane asylum.

The player uncovers these stories by searching through a notebook. With each scene, the player collects new themes, concepts, and psychoanalytic terms (like "transference" and "fate neurosis" or "dog") by grabbing the words that float across the screen at relevant moments. The player selects two of these terms and uses them to search for new scenes.

"Pause" is a generative game based on wondering without boundaries.
Meaning the player is given an absolute level of freedom. Once the player clicks on the mouse wondering begins. He can wonder and build in any direction he desires. His whole experience will be built in relation to his past choices, no paths are predetermined. The experience and the unfolding story are completely unique and personal for each player.

While wondering the world, the player will meet other characters which will join his adventures.
The player will change from an individual to a group, the paths will change accordingly to his entourage.
This will affect the group dynamics, the rhythm, and the space. This will redesign the whole experience.

To be a part of the experience, the player must be active - he must continue to roam and discover the space. From time to time he is also welcome to stop, watch or just be. If he does not return to play for a long time, his wanderings will end at this point. Because of that - the ending is transformable, basically depending on the places you pass and the characters you meet.
The end is where the player has decided to stop.

Puzzle type could be seen as similar to a puzzle hunt, albeit very interactive! Thus a puzzle hunt veteran may be able to finish the game in no less than 3 hours, but everyone else would be better grabbing a friend and spending a few puzzling evenings together, playing Puzzle Type.

While some games market an old game dressed up in different clothes, this one is entirely unique. It's as original and gripping as chess, but a lot more fun. "It's sort of like Sudoku on shrooms," said one user, which we found very amusing. If you like puzzle games, Queen's Rules is a goldmine. It will keep you in the mentality of ...I'll just play one more level"…

You'll need to strategize your way through battlefield situations and trap-laden labyrinths to rescue soldiers surrounded by enemies and combine forces to defeat the big boss. Plan for your army, get ready to attack and deploy all your soldiers to complete the puzzle.

To create a level of visual distinction that stands out amongst other games in the genre, the game's characters and set pieces are crafted physically using polymer clay, in a real oven and with real fire! In other words, we played with fire to make this game happen, literally.
The effect is hypnotic, close to magical. Immersed in a tactile environment with glimmering music playing in the background, you're free to use your mind on strategy in a very relaxing way.

How far would you go if your daughter never came back home? Someday You'll Return is a first-person 3D story-driven psychological horror game about a desperate search for a missing daughter deep in the woods where Daniel, the main protagonist, swore he'd never return to.

From the get-go, you'll find out that Daniel is far from being a good person and as you lead him through his personal hell, he's being judged by both various NPCs and the land itself. The narrative structure swaps the idea of a hero saving the daughter for something darker and unusual. You've met people like Daniel in your life and there is a small part of Daniel in each of us. The game draws a lot of influence from C. G. Jung Psychology concepts.

Someday You'll Return takes place in the beautiful scenic areas of the Czech Republic. There are well-known landmarks placed within the world, which you can discover and visit even in the real world as well as many folk tales or folk songs from the region. You will encounter QR codes which (when scanning with your phone) leads you to a map showing the actual real-world location.

Someday You'll Return is not only about walking around, though.

Unique Crafting system - Use your head and think when crafting some of the useful tools as an evolution of traditional adventure game mechanics. Here you will be actually building the items.

Herbalism and alchemy system - Find rare herbs and brew your own potions through a follow-the-recipe minigame.

Exploration - Explore lush forests, deep caverns, and old castles to find your daughter's lost journal pages, folk songs, and rare collectibles. With climbing and swimming, no secrets of the ancient forest are safe from you

Karmic system - Reach one of five different endings based on your actions throughout the game. The first ending you can reach ten minutes after the game starts, the other endings take 12 - 16 hours to reach.

Journal - Decypher your daughter's journal and uncover the whole truth about her and yourself.

Levels are formed of organic shapes that emulate the iridescent beauty of butterflies – they are alive with a mystical, other-worldly quality. Grabbing the two revolving orbs, you must guide them through levels that twist and turn, forming helical structures reminiscent of DNA. Will you Squingle?

Star Dynasties is a sci-fi strategy game set in a divided galaxy following the destruction of Earth. The game mixes a light empire management strategy layer with a procedurally generated narrative of human drama and feudal politics.

Humanity had just taken its first tentative steps in space, when the catastrophic destruction of Earth plunges the galaxy into a new Dark Age. Centuries later, the surviving colonies have stabilised into a simple feudal society, unable to comprehend or advance the technological artefacts they use to survive. Internecine fights between an aristocratic elite decide the fate of the scattered fragments of human kind.

As the leader of a faction of star systems, you must seek to ensure the survival and prosperity of your dynasty. Expand your empire, herd your unruly vassals, build political alliances, and navigate a web of agendas, political intrigue and social obligations, to emerge as the dominant power of the galaxy.

Super Shooter is an all-new FPS game where players use an experimental tool to activate unique stage elements, solve puzzles, and propel themselves through the air ("rocket jumping"). In other words, it's a game where you solve all your problems by shooting at them!

Launch yourself, activate electrical panels, deactivate security systems, interact with dynamic elements to solve fun puzzles - and again - all with shooting!

During her first day of work at Space Station SP4-C3 in a non-specific future, the rookie employee, "Employee 004", is sent to fix a supposedly small problem with one of the main support systems. There she meets a disembodied voice, known as "N. Gineer", who gives her instructions.

The day quickly goes south when a critically important component of the station explodes, putting in danger the entire world, but mainly her new job.

Now the responsibility is in Employee 004 and N. Gineer's hands to reach the station command center, resolve the issue, and save the world.

For this task, Employee 004 must use the "Power Arm", a new and experimental tool with the ability to interact with all the station's systems, and, most importantly, launch the user through the air, rocket jumping style (with the minor caveat that Employee 004 must first unlock a few additional upgrades for her power arm).

Can Employee 004 reach the center of the station in time, saving the world and new job?
Probably! After all, the power arm is super useful and powerful - hence the name "Power arm"!

Join Detective McQueen as he puzzles his way through six chilling cases, risking life and pixelated limb to solve the macabre mysteries that plague this poor town.

Twin Lakes is a cursed city. Less cursed than say, "Demons will tear it apart" but more cursed than "always loses its keys" or "often steps in puddles". It's roughly in the middle of the cursed scale, is what we're trying to say.

Cursed enough that it's a nuisance. Cursed enough that somebody has to deal with it…

That's where The Darkside Detective comes in. Whenever you hear a bump in the night, feel a tingle up your spine, or smell something fishy, Detective Francis McQueen isn't far behind.

It's 1850. You and your caravan are hoping to strike it rich by surviving the Westward trek to Eureka, California during the height of the gold rush. Test your wits and fitness by taking steps in the real world, earning money for supplies, hunting for food, tending animals, and avoiding dysentery, thieves, and other trail challenges! Remember, each step you and your caravan members take brings you closer to Eureka where you can stake your claim to Gold and assured fortune. Your caravan will travel for 15 tense days, during which you are encouraged to walk more, socialize with other caravan members, and have fun. You'll begin by choosing one of 10 roles (e.g., Wagonmaster, Carpenter, Horse Thief) and purchasing wagons, animals, fine china, and other critical supplies for the trip. Each caravan spends one real world day at a checkpoint (e.g., Independence, Missouri) or on a trail segment. On checkpoint days you will earn money (based on the steps you take and your wage), recover health, and purchase and sell supplies and food. On trail segment days, you will journey along the trail (based on your steps, animals, wagons, and caravan weight), hunt for food, and respond to challenges and events. Survival depends on making it to the next checkpoint. Your caravan's fame and fortune depend on reaching the Eureka boomtown early, so get moving! Good Luck!

This reimagining of the classic Oregon Trail game combines classic challenges like fighting dysentery and fording rivers with new game mechanics like cooperative team-based play, step-tracker based progress, health, and tending of animals. The snarky tone of the challenges contrasts nicely with the beauty of the pixelated paintings of Gary Stone, creating an unforgettable journey meant to be fun for all ages.

Thousand Threads is a beautiful open world where you deliver mail, find artifacts, help people out, and fend off folks you've wronged.

Take on jobs. Find an attacker's identity. Retrieve stolen items. Deliver a gift. Obtain a lost keepsake. Complete the tasks however you like and make some money. Or betray your employer and make an enemy.

Deliver the mail. Open letters to discover more about the people you meet. Some folks are easier to find than others.

Help out. If you see someone being attacked, lend a helping (or hurting) hand. Characters remember and react to the actions you and others take.

Fend off folks you've wronged. You can attack, rob, or kill just about anyone. But you're likely to make enemies. And they're likely to tell their friends and family. And you'll likely need to watch your back. But it's almost never too late to turn old enemies into friends.

Time Bandit is a dark life sim where everything you do takes time. Place down a robot to push a box for you, for example, and it will take an actual half an hour to finish. By saving the game and coming back periodically to make progress, you are invited to explore your habits, rituals, and experience of time in general, particularly as it relates to work and exploitation.

The real-time gameplay is paired with a slowly unfolding melodrama of political intrigue, told through lowpoly cutscenes and contextualized radio conversations inspired by the codec calls in Metal Gear Solid. Eventually you are tasked with pulling off high-stakes heists to steal back from the corporation that is trying to take control of time in order to make you work for them forever. Time Bandit is an explicitly anticapitalist game that deals directly with themes such as technological automation, economic crisis, environmental devastation, colonialism and imperialism, and the social structures behind mental health issues.
