Description

Based on real life trick-or-treating experiences, Halloween '99 is a nostalgic adventure through a small town on Halloween night. First, dress up for Halloween by assembling different pieces of costumes to create your very own look, then hit the streets and get as much candy as you can. Interact with the kids and adults and explore to find all that the night has in store.
